Vendor Information

Grassy area for vendors, 10’ x 10’ space $30     Electric add $5
Pavilion spaces 10’ x 10’ $45    electric add $5
extra footage add $2 each extra foot
Deadline to apply as a vendor is August 31, 2008

 

COMMITTEE RULES FOR VENDORS:

1.  Committee reserves the right to refuse vendor participation. (ie:, Inappropriate material, non compliance with Festival rules etc.)

2.  Vendors are given the space they have designated on the application with 2 feet extra between canopies for ten stake area. Walk space requested all around is an extra charge for footage

3.  Set up is Friday, September 26, 12 noon until 8 p.m. and Saturday, September 27 from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.  Saturday morning, September 27, all vendors must have cars removed from the festival field by 9:30 a.m.      Vendors trying to enter the festival field after 9:30 will not be permitted.   This is for safety purposes.
Security is at field from 9 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Sat.

4.  Vendors will be sent a map of the field and a vendor card for their vehicle.  With this card displayed on dash, they will move their car into the adjoining baseball field to be parked for the day.

5. We ask all food vendors to be courteous to our policemen and firemen and possibly discount their food purchases during festival.

6.  Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.    All vendors are to stay open and selling until the 6 p.m. closing time.     Packing of products may begin by 5:30, but no cars can enter the festival field until 6:00.

ALL OUR PAST VENDORS HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THIS FESTIVAL, AND THEY RETURN YEARLY.
